Hey I'm Effie Joe Stock and welcome to my first blog post!
In all my years writing, I have been alone, wondering if there were other aspiring authors out there whom I could join on our crazy, beautiful journey.
It wasn't until just recently that I made a writing friend (I love you so much Katie Marie!!) and, through her, discovered #bookstagram, a magical world of authors and readers. I had no idea such a beautiful community could exist and I have been so blessed with the support and inspiration I have gained from interacting with fellow authors and readers alike.
On this blog, I will be sharing my writing journey, from when I started in first grade, up until the present as I prepare to publish my first book. I will offer writing advice and prompts, helping to spread whatever I have learned in my five years of dedicated writing. I would also like to post a little bit about my life, my farm, music, books I read, or whatever else I'm up to besides writing! I will, of course, be posting about my latest books including cover reveals, progress reports, character introductions and aesthetics, WIPs, and so much more!
